TREASURY & REGULATORY REPORTING MANAGER - Full time, Hybrid location

Lead, inspire and drive growth in your community
As the Treasury & Regulatory Reporting Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding GMCU’s financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Leading and managing GMCU’s Regulatory Reporting & Treasury functions you’ll ensure all financial and statutory reporting is prepared, reviewed and lodged accurately, compliantly and on time. This role is responsible for delivering high quality regulatory reporting whilst operating within established policies, procedures and governance frameworks. You will help to ensure GMCU continues to meet its regulatory obligations and support sound financial decision making across the organisation.

• You drive disciplined and strategic balance sheet management: You manage budgets and forecast models to optimise funding, capital and cash, while supporting long-term balance sheet strength.
• You lead regulatory reporting and compliance: You ensure all regulatory obligations are met accurately and on time, safeguarding compliance and the responsible management of member funds.
• You communicate with clarity: Your communication style is confident and clear, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining privacy, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• You present with impact: You have demonstrated experience preparing and delivering high-quality reports and insights to the Board, Executive Leadership Team and broader leadership groups.

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the integrity of GMCU’s financial
reporting, control environment, and day-to-day finance operations. The role delivers accurate, timely and compliant financial and regulatory information to support the CFO and GMCU Executive Leadership team in effective decision-making, strong financial governance and sustainable organisational growth. Through the oversight, review and lodgement of financial regulatory reporting, the role ensures GMCUs meets its statutory and regulatory obligations with confidence and consistency.

BRANCH MANAGER - Full time, Echuca and Kyabram

As Branch Manager you’ll be at the forefront of shaping financial success for our members and communities. The Branch Manager role isn’t just a leadership role – it is an opportunity to lead making a meaningful difference in the lives of our members and the Echuca and Kyabram communities. You will champion portfolio and lending growth, building strong member relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet members financial needs. The core focus of the role will be on driving lending growth through sales and member acquisition strategies while building trusted partnerships that strengthen our presence in the Echuca and Kyabram region. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in business development initiatives that elevate our profile and unlock new growth opportunities.

You will provide high level oversight of branch operations and empower the team to deliver efficient and exceptional member experiences.
