A One-Time Password (OTP) is a single use six-digit security code sent to your registered mobile number by SMS. OTPs are commonly used as an extra layer of protection to enhance security when banking online.
Even if someone knows your password, they can’t access your account without the unique code sent to you via SMS. Because OTPs are:

A maximum daily limit of $500 per account applies for external payments. You can apply for an increased limit; however you must be registered for second factor authentication via a SMS One Time Passcode.
The daily limit is irrespective of the number of Authorised signatories to an account.
