TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GMCU Member Survey – competition for chance to win one of five $200 online gift vouchers

  1. Information on how to enter, the prize and other details connected with this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promotion is run by Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 74360915718) of T1, L3, 3 Newton St, Cremorne, VIC 3121 (tel. 03 9867 5535) on behalf of Goulburn Murray Credit Union Co-operative Limited ABN 87 087 651 509 AFSL241364.
  3. By participating in this survey and competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. The competition is open to members aged 18 years or over who during the period from 29 February 2024 to 25 March 2024: 
    1. Are eligible and are invited by email to participate;
    2. Complete the GMCU online survey; and
    3. Answer the following competition question: “In 25 words or less, how could GMCU better address your financial needs? If you don’t currently bank with GMCU, please talk about what they could do to address your needs regardless.”
  6. Five (5) winners will be selected based on who provides the best responses to the question, 
  7. This is a game of skill. Answers will be judged on their ability to succinctly convey both the goal and the reasons underpinning that goal. 
  8. The winners will be chosen by 1 April 2024 and informed within 7 days by email. Five winners will receive a $200 online GiftPay voucher to be used on a number of available retailers. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable.
  9. This competition is only open to Australian citizens, permanent residents or permanent working individuals currently residing in Australia.  Employees, contractors, or other staff members of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate are ineligible to participate.
  10. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions, failure to meet any content guidelines, or if (in our reasonable opinion) you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way. If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. If that happens, we may select a winner from eligible entries received at the time. 
  11. All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Entries must be your original work. We reserve the right to verify, or to require you to verify, that your entry is your original work. If an entry cannot be verified to our satisfaction, that entry will be deemed invalid.
  13. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, you agree to assign all rights in your entry to the Promoter and consent to us using your entry in any manner we wish (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry, in whole or in part or not at all), by way of all media, without compensation. By submitting an entry, you consent to any dealings with the entry that may otherwise infringe your moral rights in the entry. The Promoter may copy any content submitted as part of an entry, cause the content to be seen and/or heard in public, and communicate the content to the public. The Promoter may also allow third parties to do these things.
