Internet Banking - Printing Tips

To print a statement or receipt within Internet Banking, you can either use the print button on the browser toolbar at the top of the screen or use the print button on the Internet Banking toolbar.

If you select the print button on the browser toolbar, it will print to your default printer and doesn't enable you to choose any options. If you select the print button on the Internet Banking toolbar, it will call up the print dialog box. This then allows you to select a different printer or change page orientation (portrait or landscape) etc...

If you are having problems printing statements and transaction listings that don't fit properly on a A4 page, change the page orientation from portrait to landscape using the print dialog box as mentioned above.
